There is a lack of clarity on how the exchange rate is determined and on the difference between the promised 0.8% and the actual 1.15% after the order is executed.

    To clarify the pricing: the displayed 0.8% is the service fee for the selected direction, already included in the quoted rate. The exchange rate also incorporates a spread. The service fee and the total difference from an external market price are therefore different figures.
    
    This distinction is explained in our [Exchange FAQ](https://betkarma.art/en/exchange/faq), under the questions about fees and differences from CoinGecko or Kraken rates, and in our [pricing information](https://betkarma.art/en/info). For floating-rate orders, the final rate is determined when the deposit reaches the required confirmations, as described in Section 14 of our [Terms](https://betkarma.art/en/tos).
    
    If your 1.15% figure was calculated against a market reference, that difference alone does not establish that the 0.8% service fee was increased after the order was placed. We’re happy to reconcile the exact figures through support using your order details and the calculation behind the 1.15%, including the reference price and timestamp.

  I recently exchanged ETH for BTC on BetKarma. After six Ethereum confirmations, I immediately saw an unconfirmed incoming transaction in my Bitcoin wallet with a fee of 5 sat/vbyte. The entire exchange took no more than two minutes.
  Five minutes later, I received the first confirmation on the Bitcoin network. That is an excellent result.
  
  What I didn't like: the minimum exchange amount is approximately $500 in the available cryptocurrencies.

  Exchange done BTC mainnet -> USDC base exchange.
  
  Order created and verified the LoG right away with https://bitlist.co/signed-message. I sent 0.006 BTC to the deposit address, which got detected almost immediately, good for ease of mind. After 2 confirmations, the funds arrived at my wallet. The quote was exactly how much I was expecting when I looked at the order page, no weird price variations.
  
  The order also unlocks a free AML check from MistTrack, which is nice. Coins were marked clean, nothing to complain about.
  
  Regarding the mini casino where I used a small bonus I received after the swap, I think the UI/UX could be improved. It was a little hard to navigate, and I personally prefer the design system of the exchange.
