  Can only swap between around $7K-10K.
  
  Swapped XMR to USDT(eth).
  
  Took 25 minutes to get USDT after the 10 XMR confs.
  
  Received less than quoted amount by about 0.93%.
  
  Order page did not show transaction complete even after receiving funds.

    You chose the floating‑rate exchange, which means the final amount may differ from the price you saw when you created the order.
    Next time you can try our fixed‑rate option; the rate will remain the same until the exchange is completed.
    
    The exchange time depends on network confirmations. On Monero, 10 confirmations take about 20 minutes, and the actual swap takes another 5 minutes.
    
    From your request we see the difference from the original order is less than 1 %, which is acceptable given today’s highly volatile market, and we’ve done everything possible to secure the best rate for you.
