    deposited XMR. deposit never showed up despite being confirmed on network. deposit address isnt even a unique generated address, so that should have been the first red flag. avoid site.

    • The shared deposit address is by design — the site ties your bet to your browser session, not a unique address. You need to enter your payout address before sending XMR so the system knows where to send winnings. If you sent without an active session/payout address registered, the FAQ covers this exact case: email s*****t@monerodice.pro with your TX as proof and they'll sort it out manually.

      Integrated addresses are used for deposits, combining a standard shared wallet address with an encrypted 64-bit payment ID. That payment ID is tied to the browser session and is used to determine where the deposit should go or what kind of bet it represents on the server.

      During the investigation, the missing deposit was identified as having been sent to the Dice game, while the player's intention had been to deposit for Blackjack.
      I acknowledge that this is not always clear for first-time users, and the deposit was returned on March 24.
      The user interface will be redesigned soon, and this issue will be taken into consideration.
